The world around us is in darkness
And You’ve made us light to shine
we see frustration and emptiness
in their eyes and depth of their hearts
everyday as we go about our business
we talk to someone who is in the darkness
would the switch be turned right on
let the light in us be turned right on

Holy Spirit ignite in us
the compassion of Jesus
